The ideal position of the teeth will guide every step of the procedure, ensuring a result that is both aesthetically and functionally perfect.

Why Isn’t Bone Grafting Necessary?
The extra long implants are placed at specific, angled positions, allowing the procedure to avoid bone grafting entirely.
Moreover, since the restoration requires only four implants, the overall treatment cost is significantly reduced.
Treatment Process
The surgical phase of the treatment is performed under local anesthesia, which can be complemented with intravenous sedation if desired (administered by an anesthesiologist).
-
After the remaining teeth are removed, four implants are placed according to the treatment plan.
-
Once the implants are in position, an impression is taken, and we verify the planned restoration directly in the mouth.
-
After this step, the patient can go home while the dental laboratory begins fabricating the temporary restoration.
-
The following morning this fixed, metal-reinforced acrylic restoration is delivered.
To ensure proper implant healing, soft and blended foods are recommended for the first three months.
By the end of the healing phase, two options are available:
-
Modifying the temporary restoration to make it suitable for several years of use
-
Fabricating the final restoration, usually made of zirconia, which provides exceptional aesthetics and durability.

What Does the Price Include?
The treatment price includes the entire surgical procedure — including tooth extractions and the placement of four implants — as well as the metal-reinforced acrylic restoration.
